Head Coach - Jeff Neff
Coach Neff is a graduate of Quaker Valley and played football for the “Lil Quakers” of the 80’s all the way through High School playing for his Alma Mater, Quaker Valley. He has a passion for helping the youth of Quaker Valley understand the importance of “team work” while having fun playing sports. Coach Neff encourages every athlete to be the best of themselves on and off of the field. He has coached the YMCA youth basketball teams, Assistant Coached the QV Youth Wrestling team, QV Youth Baseball and is looking forward to giving back to the organization that gave to him as a youth, The Quaker Valley Midget Football Assoc. He believes in surrounding yourself with the best people to enhance your skills. His goal for the players of the Nuts and Bolts team is to have the best experience so that they want to play football for many years. Coach Neff has spent most of his life volunteering his free time to help out where needed. He started as a counselor at the YMCA Day Camp as a youth, to Fire Chief of the Cochran Hose Company, and also as a Councilman here in Sewickley. His full time employment as a property manager keeps him in touch with the residents and visitors of Quaker valley. Coach Neff is looking forward to a great season of learning and enhancing skills for each player on the team. His son Jake will be playing his third year on the team. We anticipate great success form the nuts and bolts team, both on and off of the field.

Coach Fardo is in his 3rd year as an assistant coach for the termites. Father of five, he has coached the Quaker ValleyRed Sox 6U, and been involved in sports since his childhood. He has collegiate experience in both football and baseball and hopes to teach the kids that it is not how hard you hit, but how hard you can get hit and keep moving forward.

Assistant Coach - Angelo Pugliano
Angelo is in his 5th year as a coach for the QV Youth Football Organization. He was an assistant coach for the 2015 Nuts and Bolts Championship Team, as well as for the 2016 Termite Championship Team. Angelo brings to the table a history of having played football for multiple programs that are recognized in Western Pennsylvania for their winning traditions. Angelo played starting tight end and defensive end for the 1997-‘98 Quad (AAAA) Gateway Gators (Monroeville, PA). From there, Angelo went to play for the Duquesne University Dukes football team (NCAA, D1-AA), as a Tight End and Defensive End and was part of the 2002-03 Metro Atlantic Conference Championship Teams. He graduated from Duquesne University with a degree in Business Administration. Angelo is also a certified personal trainer and has a passion for strength sports. He is a husband and a father two. Angelo is also the Vice President of Administration for Pugliano Construction, a respected company in the western PA region, within the bridge and heavy highway sector. Angelo enjoys nothing more than to see the children seek and accomplish their goals. Angelo believes his past experiences on and off the field helps him give the players proper instruction on playing the game as a unit which he undoubtedly believes contributes to their level confidence and success.
